The standard

Good work should feel straightforward.

You should know what is happening in your home, what it will cost, and what “done” looks like.

Listen first

Start with what is not working, what matters most, and what a successful result means to you.

Set a clear scope

Talk through the work before it begins so the plan, priorities, and expectations are understood.

Respect the space

Protect the home, keep the work area orderly, and leave the site cleaner than it was found.

Finish with care

The small details count. Each project gets the same attention whether it is one repair or a full room update.

What needs fixing?

Tell us what you are working on, where the project is located, and the best way to reach you. Photos are helpful when you have them.
